This is a lovely necklace and earrings set I originall thought was by Emmons as the earrings were signed Emmons. The necklace is dramatic with groups of three faux pearls between two gold tone metal chains. Then dangling from the bottom is a row of gold tone metal leaves. The ends have two gold tone metal wings on each side. The necklace is fastened with a j-hook with a 2-1/4 inch extender allowing you to adjust the length from 13 inches to 15 inches, The necklace is 1-3/4 inches wide. The earrings are a gold tone metal flower with a dangling pearl and leaf matching the necklace. The necklace is not signed but on the clips of the earrings it is signed “Emmons”. I spent several hours checking the internet and several book (including 2 about Emmons & Coventry jewelry). I could not find another example of this set. I began to doubt that it was a real Emmons set. I finally purchased a book on Emmons jewelry and still could not find it but did find the same floral finding used for the earrings. It is possible that this is noy an Emmons set but the finding used to create a pair earrings to match the necklace. So I am eliminating this from the title and tags. This set is in excellent vintage condition for the necklace but earrings have some wear to the metal.
