Women love these, all you do is soak the tip in your favorite fragrance for 1min. There is a wick inside that holds the perfume. The cap seals with a ruber gasket so there will be no evaporation or leakage. My wife carries one of these with her every where she goes. When it comes time to re-charge, remove the tip and soak it in alcohol to remove body oils and makeup, let it air dry and then re-insert it into the tube and re-fill with your perfume. These can be tossed in your purse or carried in a pocket.
