So what are you waiting for? Not everyone can own an Oscar like this.
Made of 100% silk (lining is 100% polyester), the top is a pale bubblegum pink (is more saturated depending on your lighting) and the skirt is pure black. There are no belt loops around the waist - but you can always belt if you want to. The front of the bodice is made of two pieces of pleated silk, quite thick, criss-crossing in the front. It's sewn to the skirt in small pleats. The shoulders have three sewn-in pleats as well. The sleeves are ruched where they are joined and extremely puffy, hardcore princess style. The back has a hidden zipper that extend from the top of the neckline to half-way through the whole skirt (tucks into the skirt so that the entire zipper is not sticking out). Covering the zipper as well are a hook-and-eye latch and two snaps in the skirt. The skirt itself is just plain black with hidden pockets on either side as well. The hemline is sturdy to give it a circle/hoop skirt feel, with a lining of ruched black fabric, like curtains. This layer is lined with black tulle-like fabric, and in the bodice it is the same but with pink-colored fabric. The skirt has a second skirt underneath made of this tulle-like polyester, with ruched lining as well.
No rips, tears, or stains. There are a few stray threads that are not loose, and I have been cutting them as I see them. There is a single stitch that has snagged in the front of the bodice, by the right-hand armpit. Could easily just be cut.
I don't know if this dress has been worn before, or how many times. Once? To a life-changing moment like something out of "Never Been Kissed"? (starring Drew Barrymore)

Only you can decide...
