The necktie collar is both ultra-stretchy and adjustable! The elastic has been fitted with a sliding adjuster for a size range of 11” (28 cm) to 13” (33 cm). Tie length: 4¾” (12 cm).
This size will fit a cat or small dog. Please ensure that it will not fit your pet tightly; if you require another size, please contact me and I’ll be happy to oblige.
100% cotton with polyester elastic and plastic adjusters. Machine washable; hang to dry.
