Felted Salmon Scarf (mixed merino wool and mulberry silk)

This scarf was made of 60% extrafine, 18 microns merino wool and 40% mulberry silk fibers. It is so delicate, soft and light, just the best touch for the skin. I hand carded wool and mulberry silk fibers what gives a shiny texture overall.All the wool I used were hand dyed by me. I used gorgeous mixture of salmon wool and mauve silk fibers to have some stunning colour combination. There are holes throughout the scarf what are covered with grey handspun yarn net (this is also a mix of silk and wool). It gives a very shabby feeling.
