We were inspired for this creation with the woodland life and with wee people - our tiny neighbours, with autumn smell and mood, old stories and fairytales... But before all with the reach inner world of my dearest wife :-)
The dryad is about 7.5" (19,2cm) high and 5" (12,5cm) wide,
Each gnome measures 4.5" x 1.55".

This natural toy is completely hand-made: sawed and hand carved out of birch wood. Then sanded, burned (both front and back details) and painted with natural colour oils (non toxic, tested and intended for toys-making usage and also for contact with food, made in Germany), sanded again and painted with a second layer of natural (the same, but colourless) oil. Finished with bees wax. Finally felt-polished.
