Hello! I used an antique silver cameo setting inlayed with a tiny silver batty in the middle. It's suspended by 4 rows of double silver chain and onyx beads. Lobster clasp closure. This choker is made for a 12" circumference neck, I can make it longer per request. Cameo measures 2" long x 1 1/4 wide and is a solid, heavy metal cameo setting. Any question please convo me <3
