MADE TO ORDER:
Each side has extra ribbon so you can adjust the length and each heart is movable along the ribbon so you can make the gaps smaller or bigger in between each heart. Each heart measures approximately 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" and total length is approximately 12 feet long. I have a whole range of felt colours available so please convo me to discuss other colours or if you have custom order request.
PROCESSING TIME:
My current turnaround/ waiting list time frame is at 7-9
weeks before I can start your order. All my products are made to order unless listed in the "Ready now" or DIY Kit sections. If you need your purchase by a particular date, then please contact me first to find out if I can get it to you in time or get an express delivery quote.
RUSH SERVICE FEE:
In a rush to receive your order by a certain date and can't wait? Contact me to let me know and I will add an extra $35 for my nursery mobiles or an extra $15 for my garlands and other smaller items to your listing. This will allow me to work overtime to get your order made up and shipped within 1 week. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE
PAYMENT:
For my international customers, payment is to be made via Paypal. For my Australian customers, payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Payment must be made within 3 business days.
SHIPPING:
Postage is from the Gold Coast, Australia and generally takes 1-10 business days depending on your location, time of year, weather issues and your postal system.
Registered post with signature on delivery is sent via DHL and used for items to the USA and Canada ONLY. Express delivery (1-3 business days) is available on request for an extra cost. Contact me for a express quote. Standard post is used for every other destination, including for my Australian customers. If you reside in Australia and would prefer your item express posted (1-2 business days), then please contact me first before purchasing so I can adjust the postage amount.
Parcels are picked up twice a week. Please read my policies regarding refunds and returns.
SAFETY:
