Pale blue dot is a cotton blended voile laid over top of a high quality cotton and skirt is lined with a tiered petticoat in white for extra fullness.
Layers of soft gathers and pleats adorn the skirt and bodice accented with white piping. Small ties into bows at the bodice back and an invisible zipper cinch you in and show off your tiny waist.
All seams finished, dry clean or cold water soak and hang to dry for care.
