my designs are completely customizable and are sent to you via email so you can choose to have them printed at your favorite lab or print at home.
::: so here's how it works :::
1. choose & purchase your favorite design or contact me to request a custom design.
2. send an email to stellaandoliviasmommy {at} gmail.com containing {1} the size of card you'd like {2} your text/wording {3} attach your picture or pictures
3. i will email you a proof in 48 hours or less. i want you to be love your design so we can make 3 revisions {including final proof} until you are completely satisfied. additional revisions are $7 each.
4. once you give your final approval, i will email you a final proof.
::: photo tips :::
please submit your photos in either a .jpeg or .png format. for best results the resolution should be 300 ppi or better. i will be happy to change your color photos to black & white or sepia at no extra charge. please note that i cannot accept responsibility for the print quality of low resolution photos.
if the size you requested doesn't fit or work with the software you are using, feel free to email me. i will gladly work with you to make this work, but please realize that resizing will result in a $10 charge.
::: please do not send professional photos without the permission of the photographer or company that holds the copyright. it is illegal for me to use images that are copyrighted without permission. by submitting me photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have the permission in the form of a copyright license from the copyright holder. you also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of the copyrighted images and agree not to hold me liable for any misuse of the copyrighted images. :::
