This pin was so much fun to photograph, just think how much fun it'll be to wear. Or you could make this a great gift for your favorite diva cowgirl! I was impressed when I saw it, so I know she would be, too. If it was me I'd put in on a hat as it is a fairly heavy brooch. But, of course, it could go anywhere your little ole heart desires. Here in Texas one might even wear it on an evening gown at the Cattle Baron's Ball. Funny thing, though, I didn't find it in Texas. I found it in St. Louis, MO, in a small antique shop on Cherokee Street. It is in mint condition; in fact, it looks brand new and came in a box from Copernicus Fine Jewelers which is in Webster Groves. I'm not sure of it's date; but Swarovski often makes themed pieces of jewelry in limited-production.
This brooch measures 2 1/4" tall and 1 1/2" heel to toe. The back side is almost as pretty as the front with a tooled leather western design.
