Here's what I'll do. The cape will be made out of green canvas (or otherwise specified by customer) elastic underbelt, ties or velcrow underneath and in front. The collar is two tiered to better represent the Victorian era great coat. Also included is a white/cream lace jabot that pins on to the neck. The top hat, made with buckram and black panne velvet along with an ostrich (if available at the time) feather and red hat band, sits atop the head with elastic band to keep it on the head.
