It is a very flaring coat, a swing coat. There is just one fastener, the tab at the neckline, which goes through a slit and back to the rhinestone button. The coat has smallish shoulder pads and cut-in shoulder seams. The rather wide sleeves have darts to taper them into their cuffs. There are fabric loops and smaller rhinestone buttons at the cuffs. The coat has angled pockets.
Condition: Dry cleaned, I'd call the coat's condition just good, as in wearable but with flaws. I've replaced a few missing rhinestones in the buttons, and a couple of the smallest rhinestones in the cuff buttons are missing...I don't have any appropriate replacements. I had to re-stitch one of the cuff loops. The coat had to be someone's favorite, because it does have wear to show for its use. You can see the wear at the buttonhole at the neckline (upper left of last photo). There are a handful of water ring type stains in the lower part of the lining. The marks I show in three of the photos in the last square are on one sleeve (upper right photo), the cuff of the same sleeve (lower right) and at the front hem (lower left). Honestly, the flaws do not leap out at you.
Size: This flaring cut of coat is an easy fit for a range of sizes. I would probably consider this one best for about a medium, large or XL size.
