This is a very nice and slighly heavy Kachina pendant. It is made from metal; type unknown and maker unknown. It is very detailed as you can see. I do not believe it is real turquoise in the body and wings.Typical stones used for this are howlite and magnesite. Dyed turquoise can also be created from reconstituted turquoise which is ground into a powder then re-formed using an epoxy resin with coloring. In regards to that statement I found, it is still a very attractive piece and quite interesting. Pic #2 shows best / true color without shadows. Height is 3" x about 2 1/2" W. It is in MINT shape and ready to be worn!!

Shipping will be USPS First Class with insurance included.
