Description:
The Traditional Full Bound Hand Laced Blank Book is crafted with 2oz genuine leather stretched and glued over binding boards. The spine has hubs replicating the look of a fine library binding. This is a hard cover book. The leather cord has a metal bead which slides allowing the book to be easily opened and securing it when closed.
-Leather color is Mahogany
-Finished Book measures 6" x 4 3/4" x 1"
-250 pages of writing or sketching surface (125 sheets) of 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"
-Parchment finished paper is most commonly used for calligraphy which means there is no bleeding of the ink or bleed through the page to the other side
-Opens flat for ease of writing and/or sketching
Binding:
This is a hand laced refillable binding. The pages of the bookblock are 2 hole punched and a leather cord is laced through the holes and leather cover, when loosened the book opens flat. The pages can be easily removed and replaced with any 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" 2 hole punch paper.
The interior is lined with soft matching color felt.
