This quilt was made over a period of 12 Quilt classes, teaching you everything you need to know in making a quilt from start to finish.
The solid fabrics for the Quilt are the stunning Anna Maria Horner Solids. They are so vibrant and so soft to touch. This Quilt was made using only the highest Quality fabrics, batting and threads.
For the backing of this Quilt, I pieced a large zig zag running vertically down the quilt, surrounded by the quirky and fun fabric from Lizzy House - Castle Peeps range. Bound in a bold black and white dot...just to finish it off.
This quilt is quilted by machine in horizontal zigzags and then hand quilted in Pearle Cotton 8 to emphasise the colours and bring the Quilt to life. (see picture 2)
FInished Quilt Size is 49" x 59" (123 x 148cm)
QC Quilt is machine washable and can be dried either on the line or in the drier for the handmade crinkly look.
