He's mostly happy because his little white earthenware ceramic tootsies are nice and warm in a set of polka dotted tube socks. Everyone loves warm feet.
He was hand sculpted from clay and then kiln fired to over 1800 degrees. He was hand-painted with acrylic paint and finished with a protective coating of varnish.
