The custom-fit boots take into account: your height, your calf diameter, your ankle diameter, and several measurements of your feet. If you've had trouble finding knee hight boots - or shoes - that fit well in the past, you will be pleased with the custom fit.
A row of snaps along the outer side of the boot allows quick on and off - no pesky lacing! The front view picture was taken before I had added all the snaps. Look for more pics coming soon.
The pair pictured is made from large scale floral printed satin exterior fabric and lined with heavyweight cotton canvas. I have enough of the black and white fabric for one more pair of these boots.
The pair pictured is size 9. I can make any size. After you order, I will make a pair to fit your measurements.
When you measure, be sure to wear the weight of socks you intend to wear with these boots. You'll probably only need to wear them with very thin socks; the felting in the sole makes them toasty!
These flats add about 1/2" to your height with super soft cushioned soles. The cushioning is 4-6 layers of felt, made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, over drug-store arch and heel supports provided by you. (What kind of arch support feels good varies from person to person.) These shoes feel like wearing sneakers. While the soles are more flexible than ordinary store bought shoes, I've worn my pair on gravel roads without discomfort.
The oval toes of these boots are slightly turned up to show the outer soles. Soles as pictured are recycled rubber. The rubber soling extends up the shoe at the toe and heel, and slightly along the sides, to keep the satin uppers from touching the ground or snagging on rough surfaces.
I've included as swatches in the last picture some of the fabrics that I have enough of for boots. If you have a different color or fabric in mind, just ask!

Shipping within US is typically PRIORITY MAIL. International orders (even Canada): shipping prices are for FIRST CLASS mail. I can upgrade to priority (typically 5-10 business days shipping time) for about an extra $10. First class mail is almost as fast, typically, but can take a month or even 2 months if a package gets stuck in customs.
The fabrics I have on hand (for shoes) are shown in the listing at:
Can't decide what color? Two or more pairs of any of my shoes ship for free (in US). With three or more pairs, enjoy a bulk discount.
Hand wash, line dry. Do not dry clean.
I can usually turn around an order (once I have all your measurements) in 2-4 days, so if you're in the US you can hope to receive your order in about a week. If for some reason your shoes don't fit right, I will make any required adjustments immediately and at no cost once you return them to me. This rarely happens though!
