INSPIRATION:
Inspired by my earlier design "Rainbow Ruffle Ribbon" hearts, but instead of a raked heart in the center an evil eye accents the front.
I just love layering and raking colors of transparents under the eye and making the ruffly ribbon wings. The contrast of transparents and opaques gives this style focal such dimension and life!
I added a NEW designed "eye pin" to this listing as well for some extra awesome!
