Small for wrist size 6 to 6 1/2
Medium for wrist size 7 to 7 1/2
Large for wrist size 8 to 8 1/2
The metal is heavy duty and will stay tarnish free for a long time. If it gets darker you can clean it with Ketchup and it will be new and shiny again.
