This designer cut kite shaped cabochon of Chinese Writing Stone is hand wrapped with Argentium Sterling silver wire. Chinese Writing Stone is a limestone matrix with andalusite crystal formations that resemble Chinese writing. It is found in the Sierra Nevada foothills in California.

The finished pendant measures 2" (52mm) long and is almost 3/4" (17mm) wide. The bail opening is about 6 mm.

Argentium sterling silver is tarnish resistant and keeps its shine staying bright and beautiful for weeks, months, and years without the need to polish it. It requires nothing more than light cleaning with a soft cloth or an occasional washing in water and a few drops of a mild liquid detergent to keep its lasting shine.
