Excellent condition- appears an alteration tuck has been taken in the back of the shoulder near seam which allows for an extra inch to be added in the shoulder to waist measurement. Not noticeable on exterior of dress. I only noticed it when examining the inner seams of dress. No other flaws.
Actual garment measurements, please allow 1-2" for ease:

Shoulder to Waist: 15
Length: 38.5
