The focal piece of this magical necklace is a fabulous handmade ceramic LoveBead pendant called “Blessed” from the Seduction collection by Gaea, which I ordered finished in her Antique on Chocolate color glaze.
I used soft and delicate 1mm and 6mm wire lace ribbons in seafoam and cocoa along with a 3mm coffee-colored satin cord, to complement the colors in the talisman and display it to its best advantage. I hand-formed the lace ribbon into graceful swathes of shimmering color and braided the ends. Hanging between are amulet charms I created using Vintaj antique brass leaf blanks, which I hand-stamped with these words: Lady and Lord.
I decorated each amulet charm a coordinating Swarovski crystal and attached them to the necklace with antiqued brass wire. I finished the necklace using antique brass plated end caps and my own handmade antique brass wire hook-and-eye clasp.
The focal piece measures 2 3/8"x3/4” (60mmX19mm) and each charm (including crystals) measures approx. 1½"x5/8" (38mmX16mm); the necklace (excluding talisman drop) measures 14½” (36.8cm).
I'll only make this treasure once, which makes it OOAK (one of a kind) and means you will receive the exact item shown in the photographs, ready to ship. I may be able to re-size a treasure, change a clasp style, or modify the type of ear wire at no additional cost, so if you desire a modification, please Etsy convo me BEFORE placing your order.
Your treasure will arrive in a custom handmade gift box using recycled materials, such as beautiful faerie calendar pages, that you can reuse on a vanity or fill with scented cotton balls and place into your lingerie drawer.
