This is a limited edition Norman Rockwell plate titled "A Young Girl's Dream." It was issued in 1985 and was the first collector's plate in the series "Rockwell's American Dream." This image was originally painted in 1930 by Norman Rockwell and was eventually selected and approved by his family to be in a plate series.
