These bracelets have been coated in a sealer for shine and to make them water resistant. However, they are made with paper so I wouldn't suggest showering or swimming with it on. The inside of the bracelets measures 2 1/2" and fits medium sized wrists. The bangle is 3/8" wide and is a great size for stacking.
