♥ 1960s vintage blue velvet party dress with empire silhouette and lace detailing at bell cuffs. attached self fabric tube belt at waist with bow at back, closes with zipper and snap fastener. this dress is a "fixer upper" with one small rip at back near hemline, seams on cuffs which need repair and poorly sewn hem which needs to be re-done. priced "as-is."
