I've created more of my signature black lace coins for the Margaritifera set. This 'demitasse' version is only three-quarter inches (3/4") across. Each coin has a slightly irregular, well-worn look and feels as if it has been lost for decades or even a century. In the center of the ebony-patina coins I've bezel-set a silvery-black mother-of-pearl. The mother-of-pearl is highly iridescent and has hints of teal, green and lilac. Sterling silver posts complete the pair; one earring dons my signature stone, a ruby red corundum, on the reverse.

In an effort to reduce my paper consumption, I use post-consumer-product recycled kraft paper mailers, tissue paper, and reuse received bubble wrap. Kraft mailers cost and weigh a little bit more, but are well worth it.
