An unbelievable late 1910s-early 1920s glass brooch with a string of faux seed pearls. The delicate brooch is diamond shaped with a lacy, silvertone filigree setting. The piece is most likely plated with rhodium. There are four, cobalt-blue stones bezel set at the four points of the diamond. These frame the feature stone, which is hand-cut and set in a raised bezel. This larger stone is rimmed with a string of faux seed pearls. There is discoloration to some of the pearls and some scuffing to the glass but overall condition is excellent. Secures with a pin and "c" catch.
