YOU are soooo hot because this is the coolest necklace around! This is a REAL working vintage lighter! They were once dispensed in gumball machines approximately 50 years ago. The lighters are now collectors items. They are in restored and working order!
Since the plating may have dulled in the past 50 odd years, I have wrapped them in leather for a beautiful finish. The leather is not removable.
I have attached them to a clip and clipped it on to an 18" silver plated chain (other options available) so you can remove it from the necklace before lighting up. I made sure the flint and wheel still works (since these are vintage, if for some reason you get one that doesn't work, please contact me for a replacement). The lighters have a screw bottom to (re)fill with lighter fluid - the screw has an o-ring to keep fluid from evaporating. Sorry postal regulations say I have to ship them without fluid.
Each lighter is only 7/8 inch tall by 3/4 inch wide and 3/8 inch thick, just the right size for a pendant!
CAUTION: Now of course care must be given that you don't burn yourself up trying to light a cigarette.
TAKE THE LIGHTER OFF THE CHAIN BEFORE LIGHTING. Hair and clothing are flammable!!!
The lighter is metal so it gets hot when lit and we don't want you to set yourself or your clothes on fire. Do not overfill the lighter or the fluid might leak and it is NOT WATERPROOF so do not swim or take a shower with it on. Do not keep lit for more than 10 seconds at a time because it will be too hot to handle. This item is vintage so the wick and the wadding inside may have yellowed over time but should not afftect the operation.
Comes in my signature metal pillbox tin with a bottle of specially blended leather conditioner. Allow 2 days before shipping. If you would prefer it on a 22"stainless serpentine or 24" stainless ball chain necklace, please let me know.
Wouldn't special agent 007 James Bond like one of these?
