The fox design is hand embroidered on an off-white, linen-colored fabric. The coloration of the fox is from wax melted into the fabric. It's framed neatly in a 6" embroidery hoop (this I painted black and varnished to seal the paint) with a thick piece of cardstock glued to the back to keep everything tidy (my signature is on the cardstock).
Counting the metal bar at the top, this is about 6 3/4" (17.1 cm) tall and is 6 1/2" (15.9 cm) wide.
