The design is hand embroidered on an off-white, linen fabric. It's framed neatly in a 7" embroidery hoop (this I painted green and varnished to seal the paint) with a thick piece of cardstock glued to the back to keep everything tidy (my signature is on the cardstock).
Counting the metal bar at the top, this is about 7 1/2" (19.1 cm) tall and is 7 1/4" (18.4 cm) wide.
