* DESCRIPTION
The outfit is composed of :
_ a fitted satin pencil dress ( slightly stretchy )
The front bust has an heart shape. It is decorated with ruffles made from black and white striped satin , a bow and cameo at the center of the heart to add an extra victorian touch.
The back is decorated with elastic crossing . The skirt has a slit for you to walk easily.
That dress can be worn strapless in a more formal way or with a strap with metal clips for a steam punk look. It closes at the side with a zip.
dress waist - hem length = 18 inches = 46 cm = over the knee length for average height
_ a hoop cage skirt from black and white striped satin with steel boning.
That skirt is a crinoline , 3 D and not flat. The horizontal hoops are quite close to the body to make the skirt easily wearable.
The hoops are decorated with black satin ruffles , the waist with a removable white ribbon belt.
That skirt closes on the waist with hook and eyes. It is made from elastic so is adjustable. You will be able to wear it on your waist or low rise.

_ socks holders with suspenders and bows
You will receive matching sock holders. They are adjustable , made from elastic. They will hold your sock with black suspenders.
They are decorated with black and white striped bows.
