Dangling from the cuff are a silver-colored metal fleur de lis charm and a blue glass bead. The earring just clips/slides onto the ear so it isn't pierced.
Note: the mannequin's head and ear are a bit smaller than a human's, so the earring will look slightly smaller on you.
