This listing is for a paper mache figural candle holder by Abelardo Ruiz, one of the most well-known paper mache artists from Mexico. This particular example has deep purples, blues, and greens.

At nearly 14 inches tall, this candle holder is one of the largest pieces of Ruiz's work that we've come across. The top of the candle holder has a little damage from a previous owner (see photo 5) but otherwise, the piece comes to us in good, vintage condition.
