The dress is made of two different fabrics - a cotton jersey for the bottom half, and a plaid satiny (most likely a polyester but feels satiny) fabric on top. The dress has cuffed sleeves, an elastic waistband and buttons down the front bodice. It also comes with a sash belt made from the same black fabric as the skirt portion, but I forgot to photograph it. The red belt shown is not included.
This is approximately a smallish medium, but I have taken the following measurements for best fit:
chest- 38"
shoulder- 15"
waist- relaxed the waistband measures 26", but it will stretch comfortably to about 32"
hip- 41"
length from shoulder to waist- 17"
length from waist to hem- 25"
The top fabric does not stretch, but the bottom fabric does.
