Ya know....I didn't either. I do know I like bacon. I love to add it to my clam chowder, dried beans, baked beans...I love it on turkey burgers and in salads. What can I say....I love pig meat. :~) This candle is pretty kewl. It smells like hickory smoked bacon.....just like mom used to fry.
Each Bacon candle is 16 oz of 100% Soy wax, Premium fragrance oil and an organic, natural wick.... all wrapped joyously in a 16 oz paint can. This is MY way of showing you that I DO understand the love of bacon and woud like to contribute to your enjoyment of it.

Why Soy?
In a continuing effort to support the farming community our candles are made from 100% natural and renewable soy wax. Non-toxic, clean burning with measurably less soot than other waxes when burned correctly they are virtually soot -free. If a spill were to take place you can rest easy with the knowledge that hot, soapy water will clean the mess.
Why organic natural wicks?
The wicks we use are not only 100% organic and without chemical treatment they are also naturally grown and manufactured in the USA. They form a faster burn pool which allows for awesome scent throw. You won't have to trim the wick because there is no mushrooming and virtually no debris. At the end of the candle burn life there is less overheating than with other wicks.
HOW TO BURN....
If you like a candle that is easy to use then I believe you have found exactly what you are looking for. When all the "chores" of the day have been completed and you are longing to take a break and relax (for at least 3 hours) just light the candle and let it work its magic.
You can extinguish the candle (use a little of the melt pool to "drown" the wick instead of blowing it out) once the wax pool has reached the outer edge of the container.
Once the candle has cooled it is a good idea to remove the used portion of the wick and any pieces which might have made their way to the melt pool. Not only is it unsightly it's not good for the melt pool.
Remember to relax, take your time and enjoy your candle. Proper care is important to your candles longevity and mostly importantly your enjoyment of it. Happy burning.
