The text blends subtly with the quilt, quietly inspiring your quilter to ....... Create Something Special...... The small handmade collage is then sealed to the back of a piece of my beautiful rectangular glass before I being work on the reverse side.
The reverse side of the pendant is a feature in itself; a piece of beautiful brown and gold Japanese paper is layered on to the collage back with a witty little quote saying 'Dying to Quilt'. This is then topped with a layer of glasslike resin that looks simply luscious!
The pendant is made from quality crystal glass with softly bevelled front edges, and it has a strong metal bail attached, and is 1 x 2 ins/ 2.5 x 5 cms n size. it will look nice but not overwhelm the wearer. It comes with an 8 inch drop metal ball chain.
