The bottle opener itself is a brand new cast iron Starr "X", which I've found work exceptionally well. These make great gifts for groomsmen, and are appreciated by boyfriends, fathers, and husbands worldwide (and of course, wives, girlfriends, bridesmaids, and mothers!) Great addition to any kitchen, man cave, garage pub, or workshop.
The beer can cap catcher is mounted to the plank using only one screw, so that it can be easily emptied. Simply tip it to the side, and the caps will dump out. Easy clean up, and a great conversation starter!
All the cans I use are in good vintage condition, and may have very minor dents or scrapes, but I do my best to clean them up.
