This listing is for a custom made Dr. Seuss Party Theme Couture Tutu Blue and Red Tutu from the Sweet Sweet Couture Birthday Party Tutu Collection. This adorable extra fluffy tutu is the fullest and fluffiest around. All of my tutus are "cupcake style" and made with yards and yards of premium tulle. This tutu comes with a matching blue and red flower clip with a bottle cap center. You may choose which center you like from the pictures: age 1-5, hat, or Happy Birthday. The headband is a beautiful shiny elastic that is custom made for every tutu set. Flower can be attached to the headband or can be attached to a partially lined single prong alligator clip if you wish for the headband to be made interchangeable. This gorgeous tutu set is perfect for newborn photo shoots, birth announcements, baby shower center piece, first birthdays, and Dr. Seuss Cat In The Hat themed birthday parties.
The tutu in the picture is 7" in length and can be made to fit newborn up to 2T.
This tutu is made to be a short classic tutu fit and would be really cute with leggings, leg warmers, or a matching diaper cover or bloomers.
