Introducing the One Size Pocket Diaper by Three Monkeys Cloth Diapers. We believe that the best materials are going to yield the best products, so we have collected and assembled the best to make your babes buns very happy :)
Our outer layer, is a soft laminated poly (poly PUL) that is gentle on babies skin and waterproof. This is the same type of material that the large manufacturers use on their diapers because it does not wick moisture out (polyester does not transfer wetness) while holding liquids in with the heavy duty polyurethane backing (rated for 300 residential washings).
The lining material, that is touching the babes bottom, is a fantastic, lightweight microfleece in hot pink (pictured in white to show example of pocket opening). Not only is this super soft for tender tushes, but it is stain resistant (poly is a synthetic material that is less likely to hold a stain when compared to a natural fiber) and wicks moisture away from the skin and into the soaker.
Our multi-function soaker is made with 2 layers of our 16 oz. 70/30 bamboo and organic cotton fleece. The soaker in full length is 32", then folded on half to make a 4 layer 16" quick dry pad. An added feature is the fold flaps that reduces the soaker to 12" with adjustable wetness protection for your babe. The folded flaps can add an additional 2 layer in the front for boys or the center for girls. See pictures for visual description. The 12" size fits wonderfully into the small and medium settings while the 16" will fill the inside of the larges setting.
Our pocket opening is in the front, large enough for big hands and away from messes that ride up the back.
There is high quality lastin elastic to gather the back and leg areas to get the most snug fit. Lastin is polyurethane and withstands saltwater, chlorine and perspiration unlike a polybraid elastic that will disintegrate over time.
Finally, the diaper is secured with polyresin snaps. The front snaps are hidden so as not to irritate the babes belly while providing 11 - 1" increments and 1 cross-over snap and four (x3) positions of rise adjustment for a wide range of fit. Our diapers fit most infants from 8-35 lbs.
Remove your insert and this makes a great cover for fitteds, prefolds and even a reusable swim diaper.
