If an exception is made for other reasons buyer pays shipping to return and it must be in original unworn condition, postmarked with in 3 days. Original shipping is non refundable, and any free shipping received will be deducted from the refund amount.

Generally no. Choosing priority shipping is for transit time only. My items are made to order. Normal production/creation time is still needed, however I do all I can to create your item and ship them out as quickly as possible.
