Sea stones make gorgeous beads! Ocean gems for the beach lover in all of us. This perfect speckled granite sea stone had been tumbling for years along New England's coast. It was found along the historic Scituate Harbor beach at the mouth of the ocean where the old Scituate Lighthouse stands. The stone looks fabulous lined with fine silver. The rounded granite stone is just about 3/4" in diameter and over 1/4" thick. Perfect as a neck bead. By carefully coring the center and lining it with fine silver tubing I can hand form the rivet to give the stone a unique finished look.
This listing is for the bead only - Wear it on a chain or on your favorite bracelet.
See other listing for sea glass beads as these are made and posted individually.
I will post the beads as they are made - please inquire if you have a specific request for color and size. I will do my best to create one to your liking!
The inside hole dimension is 4.37 - 5mm
