This lovely bird is entirely hand sewn with a careful blanket stitch connecting body, stomach, wings beak and crest in multiple colours of felt. His eyes are carefully needle felted in place from soft Corriedale wool and his wing decorations are cut pieces of felt needle felted into the body of each wing. His rich colours will stand out in the branches of your Christmas tree, or liven up the view out your winter windows.

The ornament is quite lightweight, made from felt and corriedale wool, and stuffed with polyester fibers. It's strung on simple beige cord, and (not including the cord) is approximately 4 1/2 inches from beak to tail tip.
