shiny and crisp baby blue taffeta with one of the most interesting decorative techniques I've seen: fine black sparkly tinsel trim is couched between the fabric and stitched in, creating ripples in between each row -- so pretty! scoop neck. fitted bodice above super full skirt. bust darts from waist. hidden side metal zipper. belt loops and original self-fabric belt. hanger straps. skirt has stiff muslin underlayer (see pic).
dress is pictured with an additional crinoline. the last picture, however, shows it with nothing extra underneath.

excellent! there is a tiny aberration in the fabric (see pic) that gets completely lost in the folds. also, there are 2 faint tiny pin-holes on the upper left bodice (see last pic). these were most certainly caused by a brooch and would be completely invisible if you decide to wear one. ;)
