In the USA: first class with delivery confirmation. Pay shipping for only one item, no matter how many you purchase.
***INTERNATIONAL shipping... It is priced so your package can go priority. This way you get your items much faster, and with tracking. And it makes my life a little easier too :) .... I prefer doing priority for international orders, however If you really would rather just go with 1st class for just $5 I can make a special listing for you (though it can take up to 3+ weeks, plus my production time)
