Decorative Porcelain Ewer With Question Mark Handle And Crawly Glaze

This is a ewer with what I call a question mark handle. NOTE: This is strictly a decorative piece and although it would be fine for drizzling olive oil slowly onto your favorite salad, it will not pour in an agreeable manner (it will gurgle, glug and splash). That being said, it will sure be a dynamic addition to the kitchen accessories. It is made of porcelain thrown on a potter's wheel. After trimming, a handle was pulled by hand, cut into pieces and reassembled to create a question mark shape... an interrogatory handle you might say. It was glazed with two glazes, the second one was a crawly glaze that creates the surface affect seen in the pictures. NO LEAD glazes were used, it's dishwasher and microwave safe. It measures 5.5 inches at the belly and is 9.5 inches tall.
