This necklace pendant is a rustic, stylized interpretation of a birch grove. The trees are hand embroidered in different widths of white silk ribbon and given the signature birch bark markings using brown cotton embroidery floss.
The pendant pictured has been sold, your new necklace will be similar but not identical due to the nature of handmade. You will be receiving a truly one-of-a-kind piece!
The design is stitched onto a wonderfully textured piece of natural colored burlap and set into an elegantly shaped matte silver oval metal frame. It measures 1 1/2” (3.8cm) long and 1” (2.5cm) wide and has a silver tone finish metal back plate.
The pendant is lead and nickel free. It comes complete with a 18” (46cm) silver-plated snake chain with a lobster clasp.
There is no glass over the embroidery.
The necklace will come packaged in a small box and slipped into an organza pouch making it ready to give as a gift or for you to store it in.
