This garter is all about sweet innocence. Three ruffly flowers with glass pearl beads make a romantic keepsake for your wedding.
Soft elastic lace is a very light ivory, and could be called an off white. It's 2 inches wide and stretches up to 18 inches around and should fit on various parts of the upper leg, but convo me for a custom size.
