Love, Love, Love this NEW color of Ruffle Fabric we just got in. Ruffle fabric is new to our shoppe and were so excited to finally be carrying it for you. The ruffles are actually gathered on the super stretchy fabric which makes the ruffles more frilly and full than other ruffle fabrics. Use it horizontally, diagonally or turned vertically- no matter what, the look is amazing.
