I photographed a collection of 370 images during 2010-2011 for a 356 series, each day depicting a word from George Orwell's classic dystopian novel, 1984. I shot them in consecutive order, one word per day. I never planned ahead, but used what I found. Each image was taken with my Canon EOS 7D camera. The result is a professional, very high quality shot that forms part of a compelling series.

This is an 11-piece postcard pack of the images that are on display at Foyles Cafe on Charing Cross Road, London from December 2011 to January 2012. You can see all of the images included in this collection here:

The series has been featured in newspapers (The Observer), magazines (How Things Work), as part of the prestigious annual Orwell Prize ceremony and online. I've exhibited them in both large and small formats.
